The goal of this course is to help the members of Yoga School to choose the most suitable character of food based on ayurvedic principles and bringing to life balance and harmony.
This course is divided into three stages:
- Food for kriya yoga when the organism is purified;
- Food for hatha yoga - to make body supple and plastic;
- Food for raja yoga when food should satisfy the requirements characteristic of exactly yours type of constitution.
During this course you cook yourself bearing in mind thermal qualities of food, train to work with spices and herbs, learn how to restore the balance in the body knowing how the elements in products and cooked meal are working.
